NP (Primary Care) opening in Coastal Oregon Located in: Depoe Bay, OR Coastal community; 70 miles west of Salem, OR Health Services in Oregon has an opportunity for a Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join our team on the Beautiful Oregon Coast A non-profit integrated health care delivery system is seeking a full time Advanced Practitioner to join the Samaritan Depoe Bay Clinic in Depoe Bay, OR. Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital, established in 1952, is home to a recently constructed 25-bed critical access hospital. The hospital located in the coastal community of Newport, Oregon, serves patients of the Depoe Bay clinic. Our award-winning health system provides exceptional primary care and a range of specialty services throughout the mid-Willamette Valley and Central Oregon coast. The network serves approximately 300,000 residents in Linn, Benton, Lincoln and portions of Polk and Marion counties. Job Specifics Full time, permanent Minimal phone call scheduled and shared with a larger group of providers 16-18 patients per day 34 patient contact hours Work alongside Physicians and advanced practitioners Job Requirements Ability to diagnose and treat immediate care needs and chronic conditions. Preferred procedures include skin biopsy, derm treatments, joint injections and aspirations Primary Care experience required Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
