Duties
You will receive visitors and phone calls to prioritize, process, and provide status for emergency/service calls, work requests, material issue documents, and workload history for all station buildings and structures.
You will advise customers on procedures for submitting written work requests when work is beyond scope of a service call and provides instruction on inputting work orders and querying the database for status and other data.
You will date stamp work requests and material issue documents and forward to industrial Engineering Tech for review, approval, and processing.
You will record requests in and retrieve data via remote computer terminal and electronically sends to appropriate action area.
You will assign appropriate Job Order Number (JON) for verbal and written requests.

You will be required to possess and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at leastone year of general experiencein federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: using office machines such as fax machines, copiers, computers, calculations, electronic correspondence and electronic document transmission.

Education
You may also meet the minimum qualifications through education and/or combination of education and experience by satisfying one of the following:
Successfully completed at least two full academic years of education above high school.
Additional information
No PCS costs will be paid.
This position is eligible for ad-hoc/situational telework at the discretion of management.
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
Several vacancies may be filled.
