A one year probationary period may be required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. Applicant must be physically capable of lifting supplies and materials up to 100 pounds; frequent arm and leg movements to operate tractor controls, and exposure to pollen and chemical fumes, weather extremes, and possible cuts and bruises. Must attend Team Member Orientation within the first thirty (30) days of employment. This is a flexible position. Flexible positions have no guaranteed hours. A flexible employee serves in a continuing position on a scheduled or as needed basis. Must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Must successfully complete health assessment. Must be available to work rotating shifts. Qualifications 1. Applicant must have one year related experience in operating and performing minor maintenance on a field-type tractor and associated equipment. 2. Applicants must have and retain valid driver's license. 3. May be required to obtain a Government motor vehicle operator's permit. This experience must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position. Education This job does not have an education qualification requirement. Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
