Multiple Emergency Medicine Physicians Needed in FL

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in Ocala, TX and its associated Freestanding Emergency Departments (FSEDs). Due to a staffing shortage, we require an immediate start with the position anticipated to last 1-2 years. This role includes on-site coverage with no call responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients. Perform required emergency procedures (Central Access, Arterial Line, Lumbar Puncture, Intubation, Pacing, Orthopedic stabilization, etc.). Work alongside Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and support staff. Shift coverage primarily includes 7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM, with two additional 8-hour shifts available daily. Qualifications: Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine after successful completion of an accredited Residency, or Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with 3 years of Emergency Medicine experience  Proficiency in all emergency care procedures. Ability to handle a variable patient census depending on the location and shift. Comfortable working in a Level 2 Trauma Center (ACS Level 1). Additional Information: No call requirements.
