The Position

Roche Diabetes Care, Inc. seeks a Channel Management Lead in its Indianapolis, Indiana location.

Within global pharmaceutical and medical diagnostics company, develop marketing strategies, tools, and tactics to drive growth, profitability, predictability for assigned market segments and/or products. Provide leadership to accomplish strategic and tactical business objectives. Research, analyze, and develop solutions. Provide direction on issues of area of expertise and assist department leadership in setting strategic direction. Lead the design, creation, testing, and maintenance of web-based applications to satisfy customer requirements. Support software and web architecture development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection and evaluation of tools, and integration (with both new and legacy systems). Interact with stakeholders and development team to gather and define requirements. Analyze and study customer requirements to determine the most effective software and web technologies to satisfy their needs. Work directly with internal and external stakeholders and partners to understand requirements and communicate progress. Lead creation of new websites and provide long-term management and support of live websites. Research and lead Proof of Concept initiatives. Interact with the Global Marketing team to develop product backlog and schedule new releases. Position allows telecommuting up to 5 day per week.

Education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Applied Computer Science or related field followed by five (5) years of progressive experience in the job offered or related software development or marketing role.

Special Requirements: Employer requires minimum 5 years of experience in the following areas:

• Drupal
• MySQL
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• GitHub
• Web services
• JavaScript and LAMP
• Agile Software Development Methodologies (SCRUM)
• ACQUIA

Position allows telecommuting up to 5 day per week.

Must be an Acquia Drupal Certified Developer

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location for this position of Indiana is $112,944 to $165,000. Actual pay within the range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
