Full-time Permanent opportunity in the southern Salt Lake City, UT area for a Family Medicine NP or PA: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA). Schedule is 4 days, 10 hours shifts. No call schedule. About 15-20 patients per day.  All ages.  Seeking providers with min 2 years of experience as an NP or PA in Family or Internal Medicine. Must be bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese speaking would be great too! Community Health setting and working with the underserved and uninsured.
