Outpatient Physician Assistant Opportunity in Texas

Specialty: Physician Assistant (PA) Position Details: Start Date: Early 2025 Assignment Length: 3-4 months, with option to extend. Schedule: Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7 AM or 8 AM start). Expectation: 36 patient encounters per day, up to 48 during peak times (3-4 patients per hour). Responsibilities: Acute illnesses and chronic bridging care. Direct patient care with administrative time provided for unfinished charts. No on-call duties. Possibility of working at multiple locations within system and will get mileage reimbursement if having to travel between sites throughout shift.  EMR: EPIC. Support Staff: Supervising physician (on-call or on-site as needed), MAs, RNs, and front office team.
