Learn more about this agency Duties You will be responsible in reviewing and interpreting current and projected Unaccompanied Housing (UH) requirements data for justification and programming for new UH. You will be responsible in managing government owned facilities to include responsibility and accountability for the management and execution of an appropriated funding. You will conduct inspections, audits, and management reviews of site activities. Recommends/implements appropriate corrective measures. Requirements Conditions of employment Must be a US Citizen. This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You will be subject to and must be able to satisfy the overseas requirements of the 26Jul12 DODI 1400.25 V1230: http://www.esd.whs.mil/Portals/54/Documents/DD/issuances/140025/140025v1230.pdf Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Coordinating with maintenance tracking service to ensure any resident concerns or complaints area addressed, followed up and tracked in the Enterprise Military Housing database; 2.) Developing materials to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of unaccompanied housing program policies; 3.) Directing the application of housing management principles, concepts and methodology to conventional and unusually difficult assignments ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of unaccompanied housing projects and community resources; and 4.) Analyzing factors that directly affect housing programs such as unaccompanied housing market trends or conditions, material costs, laws or governing legislation to determine trends.
