Pediatric Physician Opportunity

We are currently seeking a full-time, BC/BE Pediatrician to work in a 10+ provider group in northern NJ. Our group consists of two office locations in NJ.Benefits: Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceMalpractice Insurance Provided401k/profit sharing plan1-month PTO Compensation: Base salary range $190,000 -$210,000+ based on experience level. Quarterly performance bonus. Partnership track availableOverview:This position would be based primarily out of North Bergen with some coverage at our Perth Amboy location optional, though not mandatory.Hospital rounds only on newborns approx. every 6 weeks. No delivery attendance or C-sections. 5-day work week with every other Saturday. One weekday off during Saturday work week. Spanish speaking candidates preferred, due to a large Hispanic population2024 providers are welcome to apply with 0-1 year of experience considered. 2+ years’ experience a plus.
