Revenue Cycle Director

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Director to join our healthcare team in Sierra Vista, AZ. The Revenue Cycle Director will oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle process, from patient registration and billing to collections and financial reporting. This role is crucial for ensuring that the organization maximizes revenue, complies with regulatory requirements, and maintains efficient billing and collection practices. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including patient access, billing, coding, collections, and reimbursement. Experience with healthcare billing software, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and financial management systems.
