**Locums | Hematology/Oncology | Clinic + Call | Coos Bay, OR****Why This Role**- Established outpatient cancer center with solid tumor focus and timely referrals- Balanced clinic schedule with APP and radiation oncology support- Ongoing coverage need with consistent minimum commitment**Assignment Details**- Start ASAP with ongoing coverage- Minimum commitment of two weeks per month required- Clinic schedule four to five days per week, 8:30a–4:30p- Administrative day or half day available if needed- Call coverage one in four rotation including one weekend- Estimated credentialing timeframe six to eight weeks**Clinical Details**- Outpatient practice in a freestanding cancer center- Focus on solid tumor oncology with limited benign hematology- Approximate case mix 80 percent oncology and 20 percent hematology- Average clinic volume 10–15 patients per day- Inpatient involvement only when patients are admitted for chemotherapy- Radiation oncology services available onsite- Two advanced practice providers supporting the service- EMR system is Epic**Requirements**- Board Certified in both Hematology and Oncology- Active Oregon license preferred or willingness to obtain- Clean background and malpractice history highly preferred- CAQH profile required at time of offer- DEA required at name clear- Self-Query NPDB required at time of presentation**Compensation**- Rates: Facility is accepting bids- Malpractice: Provided- Travel: Reimbursed Additional Information: - Specialty: Hematology Oncology - Location: Coos Bay, Oregon, United States - Contact: About the Company: Archway Physician Recruitment is a national contingency placement firm assisting hospitals and medical groups with their placement needs.
