OBGYN opening in Vermont Located in Brattleboro, VT Full-Time & Permanent Seeking a BE/BC OBGYN to join hospital. - The practice consists of 4 ObGyn physicians, 6 Certified Nurse Midwives and one Nurse Practitioner. - The hospital sees approximately 300 births per year, including VBACs. - The Midwives and Nurse Practitioner provide most of the routine OB and well woman/person care. - The ObGyn physician provides full scope obstetric and gynecologic care to people of all ages in the office setting as well as on call during off-hours. - Call is back up to a Midwife who takes first call and handles routine vaginal deliveries and labor management, while also taking patient calls. - Physician office visits consist of more complex OB and GYN consults and a large breadth of office procedures. - 3-4 office days per week and call is 10 days for 1.0 FTE and 1:4 weekends. Location: Brattleboro is a progressive Vermont arts community, the market center for Windham County. Outdoor activities include biking, skiing, kayaking, hiking.
