Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

Adelphi is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide nursing services in a facility in Lenoir County, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will support adolescent health and wellness in a structured environment and must be comfortable working independently with direct care staff during part of the shift. Location: Lenoir County, North Carolina Facility Type: Residential Setting Patient Population: Adolescents Shift: MondayFriday, 11:30am 8:00pm Start Date: ASAP Compensation: $30$35/hr Requirements: Active North Carolina LPN license Current BLS certification Experience in adolescent, pediatric, school, public health, correctional-juvenile, and/or emergency nursing Ability to work independently as the only nurse on-site during part of the shift Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth equipment Strong communication and collaboration skills Must attend orientation Oct. 78 (9am5pm) & the remainder of that week (7am3:30pm), either in person or online with camera on. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care within the scope of LPN practice under RN/physician direction Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely Observe, report, and document changes in patient health status Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR).
