Hospital is supporting recruitment of Family Medicine Physician into 2 local practices: Practice 1: Employed opportunity joining an established practice that currently has 5 physicians & 4 APPs SUPERB opportunity for the candidate to bonus on wRVUs " current providers ARE bonusing consistently No hospital call and light clinic call burden Total comp would be in the $260K+ (neg) range PLUS wRVU bonus $30K sign-on bonus (neg), relo, med mal coverage, 25 days vacation/holidays, 5 days CME, CME allowance and more Student loan assistance if needed Option to work IP hospitalist work if you want to Open to FM/OB as well Practice 2: Outpatient group comprised of 8 physicians and 3 NP's Option for both OP/Hospitalist combination Modern Facility Quick ramp-up time Mentorship for new grads - very supportive group Base salary + wRVU production incentive Quality bonus CME allowance Sign-on bonus Medical debt assistance Relocation allowance Residency stipend Health benefits + Retirement plan Location: Community was recently named South Carolinas #1 small town!
