EM Physician to join - great incentives and package offering

Facility is seeking a EM physician for a Permanent Opening. They are willing to do as a locum trial to perm as well.   Located in Wisconsin- We are able to license in Wisconsin easily.   Details-   Schedule Details 24-hour shifts (8 am – 8 am) 7 shifts per month Rotating holidays and weekends   Historic ED Volumes: 10,000 per year approximately   Incentives offered: Sign on Bonus - $20,000 Relocation Bonus - $10,000 in expenses to relocate your residence within one year of employment start date CME Allowance - $6,500 Incentives for extra shifts/holiday   Candidate Qualification: Current or able to apply for a valid, unrestricted license from the State of Wisconsin American Board of Emergency Medicine certified in the field of Family Practice with ED experience/training, Internal Medicine with ED experience/training, or Emergency Medicine preferred New Graduates must be board-eligible and become Board-Certified within one year of employment Certifications: ATLS, PALS, & ACLS required unless ABEM Certified   If you are interested in this position and would like to learn more, please submit your CV and I will schedule a call with you to discuss further.
