We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at our facility in Falls Church, VA at Inova Fairfax Hospital. You'll have the opportunity to operate at the top of your license and work collaboratively alongside your anesthesiologist colleagues as part of a highly productive team. We are a cohesive, committed group of more than 60 board-certified and board-eligible anesthesiologists and a highly skilled team of 90 CRNAs, many specializing in pediatric, neurosurgical and cardiac anesthesia. FACILITY: Inova Fairfax Hospital We Offer: NO CALL Top of Market Base Salary $225K - $285K commensurate with experience (Plus, shift differentials, OT pay, holiday pay and more) Incentives, Stipends & $99K Sign on Bonus Performance bonus, differential pay, OT pay, holiday pay and more. Generous PTO - 7 Weeks Full Time, W2 Flexible Scheduling: No call. A variety of shifts are available including 8's, 10's and 12's with no call obligations! Night shifts are also available (7pm-7am; higher differential for weekend nights).
