Physician Assistant - Primary Care Adult Clinic - Lancaster, California - hour north of LA

- Board Certified Physician Assistant - General Outpatient Adult Medicine Clinic - Full-time permanent position - Days and Hours: Monday to Friday with Major Federal Holidays Off - Hours: 8AM to Noon (Morning Block). Noon to 1PM (Lunch), 1PM to 5PM (Afternoon Block) - No after-hours calls or responsibilities. - 8 Hours per day, average volume 18-20 per day. Will start the NP/PA off with a lower volume and ramp up slowly based on experience. - EmploymentType: W2 Position - Pay scale: - $72 / HR with 0-2 Years of Experience - $75 / HR with 3-4 Years of Experience - $80/ HR with 4+ Years of Experience - Vacation/PTO: Two weeks (112 hours) of paid vacation per year from accumulative PTO hours and Unusedsick pay - 401K company plan - Lancaster is in Southern California's High Desert region, about an hour north of Los Angeles.It's close to two airports, Los Angeles International Airport and Bob Hope Airport.
