You will be rounding in multiple skilled nursing and short-term rehab facilities in the El Paso area.Responsibilities include: Provide high quality, efficient, and safe care.Communicate to all stakeholders including IDT, family, pharmacy, and patient to insure safe careRound on all patients as medically necessaryParticipate in medical staff or facility committees to improve qualityParticipate in practice group meetingsWork closely with facilities and regional leadership to determine physician needSubmit timely and accurate billing, coding, and documentationExpected compensation is estimated salary range of $124,000 to $150,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
