Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs regularly. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely. Respond promptly to changes in patient status or emergencies. Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and health management. Document care accurately and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
