Safe, family friendly Midwest community is seeking a General Orthopedic surgeon to take over for a retiring surgeon. Incoming physician will eventually be in solo practice with a minimum call requirement of six days per month. Hospital employed position with an annual guaranteed salary of $750,000. You can make more via production but your salary will be guaranteed every year indefinitely. 4 exam rooms per provider in a shared office space with X-ray and full MRI in office. Full support staff. Hospital Employee, Traditional.  1:5 Call Ratio.   Annual Salary.  WRVU production incentives.  Loan Forgiveness available.  Signing Bonus available up to $40,000 .  Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000.  CME time and money available.  Physician will work Mon-Fri from 8am - 4:30pm with 8 hours of admin time each week.  Physicians are paid an extra $1,000 for every day of call that they take.  Minimum requirement of 6 days of call per month with extra call available if desired.  Up to $30,000 per year in quality incentives.  $15,000 Housing Incentive (to buy a house).  90 minutes to Saint Louis.  Excellent Public/Private school options.
