Gastroenterologist opportunity in Lafayette, Indiana Located 60 miles from Indianapolis Full-time, permanent Employed WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have ERCP and EUS experience, a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Physician takes 24/7 call, 1 week every 6 weeks Weekend Call: 1 Weekend every 6 weeks Holiday: 1:6 Average outpatient volume: 15 18 patients per day Average inpatient volume: varies Great support staff of RNs & MAs Strong mentorship available from physicians in practice Health network is one of the largest Catholic health care systems in the Midwest and has a number of nationally recognized Centers of Health Care Excellence.
