Join a team of 6 Cardiologists and 9 APP's at a financially secure, independent community hospital system in Massachusetts, with a teaching service and a busy Cardiology practice. Seeking team members who can provide inpatient and outpatient care. There is also interest in providers who prefer solely inpatient or outpatient care. This is a short drive to Boston, MA and New York City and is a 4-season resort community, with ample cultural opportunities.3 year guarantee base salary $515,000.  $45,000 sign on bonus.  403b and 457B.  Affordable lifestyle with excellent public and private schools make this an ideal family location.  Innovative and inclusive culture along with a diverse group of Advanced Practice Providers..  Full service lectrphysiology lab, catheterization lab (Diagnostic lab only), and Advanced Imaging Center (Cardiac CTA and Cardiac MRI'S).  Academic affiliation with a local hospital that offers teaching opportunities.  The health system has three facilities under its umbrella.  One weeknight call per week with only one weekend call a month.  Receives over 70 new referrals, weekly .  New providers can develop owned patient panel, quickly.  36 hours of clinical patient time, and 4 hours of admin.  1:9 Call Ratio.  CME time and $4,500 available.
