Summary
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSITANT (MILITARY) in the MEPS Liaison Petty Officer in Navy Recruiting Processing Station Minneapolis of the NRD MINNEAPOLIS.

Duties
You will collaborate with customers to identify and obtain missing personnel documents.
You will answer questions pertaining to Human Resources policy.
You will identify errors with applicant/enlistment records.
You will correct data discrepancies in a human resources information system.

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-06) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Providing advice and customer service support, distributing and balancing workload and making day-to-day adjustments of assigned workload while monitoring performance and enforcing standards; 2.) Managing the completion of enlistment or accessions and workflow of daily processing of assigned work; while ensuring accuracy, completeness, regulatory compliance and timely completion; 3.) Applying, and interpreting military personnel policies, instructions, regulations, procedures, and requirements in resolving unusual or complex processing issues, and 4.) Conducting formal quality assurance or quality checks on applicant/enlistment records, identifying deficiencies or trends, and implementing corrective actions to improve process quality.

Additional information
This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
