Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and their families. This role includes performing psychiatric evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care.| Full Time Days| Monday - Friday| No Weekends| No On-Call | 17 bed unitKey Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for patients ages 3-17.Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.Prescribe and manage medications while monitoring for efficacy and side effects.Collaborate with therapists, social workers, primary care providers, educators, and family members.Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with organizational and regulatory standardsTEAM goals:Part of a collaborative and non-judgmental teamChampion of the patientSupport each member of the teamA voice that is welcomed, encouraged and respected#DOX Additional Information: - Specialty: Child/Adolescent Psychiatry - Location: Natick, Massachusetts, United States - Contact: About the Company: At Tenet, our business is health care.
