Physical Med & Rehab opening in NC Located in New Bern, North Carolina Full-Time & Permanent Seeking a BE/BC PM&R doctor to join hospital. - Specializes in clinical and diagnostic use of physical agents and exercises to provide physiotherapy for physical, mental, and occupational rehabilitation of patients: examines patient, utilizing electrodiagnosis and other diagnostic procedures to determine need for and extent of therapy. - Prescribes medications, treatments, and recommends referrals to patients for further care as clinically appropriated. - Inpatient acute rehab, in patient consults and outpatient. - Clinics include wound care, W/C and amputee clinics as well as workers comp (hospital employees).
