Senior Administrative Specialist, HR (Employee Relations)

Summary Incumbent serves as a point of contact on employee-related issues to include highly sensitive and confidential personnel matters. The incumbent must effectively utilize resources and coordinate duties to ensure successful completion of tasks in a timely manner. This is a non-supervisory position. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Must have four or more years of experience in human resources or related field. Employee Relations experience preferred. House experience preferred. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history records check. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
