Locum Tenens Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Obstetrics & Gynecology Surgery Location:Marshfield, Wisconsin Assignment Type: Locum Tenens – Ongoing Assignment Start Date: ASAP Coverage: Ongoing, including major holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve [half-day], and Christmas Day) Facility Type: Hospital-Based: Outpatient, Inpatient, and Surgical Services Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with substantial experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, particularly in robotic-assisted surgeries. The ideal candidate will assist in surgeries (C-sections, GYN surgeries, GYN-Oncology cases), participate in call coverage, and preferably provide outpatient OB/GYN care. The role encompasses both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, with potential telehealth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in OB/GYN surgical procedures, including: Cesarean sections Gynecologic surgeries Gynecologic oncology cases Provide call coverage as scheduled Conduct outpatient OB/GYN consultations and follow-ups (preferred) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation and patient management Schedule: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call (Call Only and No Call shifts may also be available based on coverage needs) Telehealth opportunities available Qualifications: Active Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license Board Certification required Demonstrated experience in OB/GYN surgical procedures, including robotic assistance Proficiency in outpatient OB/GYN care (preferred) Familiarity with Cerner EMR system (preferred) Additional Information: - Specialty: - Location: - Contact: About the Company: We pride ourselves on being a different kind of locums group.
