Experience: - Minimum of one to two years performing an expanded role in the delivery of primary care - Current BLS and ACLS certification. BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION The Clinic Nurse Practitioner is responsible for annual child health care checks; Evaluation of children and adults - record history, formulate diagnosis, and treatment plan. Consult with Physician Supervisor when appropriate, and follow orders in regard to instructions for the patient and treatments. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures when needed. Responsible for complete physical examinations including pelvic and rectal, where appropriate.
