Nurse Practitioner needed for virtual care for patients related to Diabetes, Heart Health and Healthy Weight Management. Shifts will be Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm (local to where provider is). Will see 100 (mostly text visits) per day and patient population is adults only. Provider must hold a minimum of 15 active state licenses to be considered for this need.
