FQHC NP PA position in the New York City market

Immediate need for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an FQHC in the Bronx. This is an M-F opportunity with excellent pay and excellent benefits. Employee, Outpatient only.  No Call.  $120-130K Annual Salary.  Production Incentives available.  Federal Loan Forgiveness available .  CME up to 1 week and $1,000 available.  Up to 4 weeks of PTO available.  403B with employer match up to 4%.  Federal Employee.  Full Benefits Package.  12 personal days.  12 paid holidays.  WageWorks Commuter Benefit.  Medical, Dental, and Vision, which has a bi-weekly employee cost of $30/pay period for a single plan and $60/pay period for a family plan..  Employer paid benefits with supplemental STD & LTD, a life insurance policy valued at $50,000 and an accidental death and dismemberment policy valued at $50,000..
