Physician Assistant needed in Indiana for Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and IN state license. Shifts will be Tuesdays 7:30a-3:30p with a 30 min lunch break. Hours could be 7:30a-2:30p. Will see 10-15 patients per day and patient population is 18 years of age and up. Adults, but would prefer if provider can see 10 yoa & up for urgent care. Prefer some nutrition & diabetic training, nutritional weight loss, cholesterol training background. Prefer 2+ years of experience.
