Primary Care opening in Lady Lake, FL 50 miles northeast of Orlando, FL Near Ocala national forest - Full time, permanent - Monday through Friday, starts at 8:30 am till 4:30 pm, lunch break 12:30 to 1 pm - Saturday -alternate - 10 am to 2 pm at Lady Lake office - 2 offices 1 at Lady Lake and other one at Tavares FL - Days will rotate between 2 offices, spend whole day in 1 location - All adult patients only, 18 yrs and older, no pediatrics - Pap is done in house, no other Gyn or Obs - We do EKG, UA, B12/Testo inj, Ear Lavage, Dexa, US, Echo, PFT in house - Malpractice claim based - Health Insurance up to $1000.00 per month - 2 weeks(10 day) paid vacation and 1 week (5 days) paid time off for CME - Base salary 190K per year, paid every 2 weeks - Bonus up to 30K after 1 year, per year - based on patients daily census, quality measures, annual wellness visits, etc. - Our EMR is Kareo- relatively new, easy to learn and 100% online Additional Information: - Specialty: Internal Medicine - Location: Lady Lake, Florida - Contact: Jeremy Baldi About the Company: Archway Physician Recruitment is a national contingency placement firm assisting hospitals and medical groups with their placement needs.
