We are looking for a driven commercial sales professional to join our A&NZ Partnerships and Enterprise team to foster and grow new referral relationships in an existing partnership portfolio across strategic segments. To succeed in this role, you will have tenacity, an ability to proactively manage and prioritise and enjoy the autonomy of owning and leading the entire sales process.

You should be confidant, a team player who is comfortable to leverage your existing network of prospects accomplish your mission.

This role offers an excellent commission structure, and is perfect for someone driven to proactively engage, drive and grow our partnership portfolio.

Purpose of your role:
  • As the OFX representative to strategically important partners, the Partnerships Sales Manager drives growth and volume in strategic segments, aligning customer needs to OFX solutions.
  • Your role is directly responsible to:
  • Grow new revenue for the Australian business by exposing partnership portfolio opportunities, pursuing new leads and fostering business relationships with strategic segments. You will be assigned an annual target with quarterly milestones.
  • Actively engage and lead prospects through the pipeline, demonstrating how OFX can extend the partner's business and provide incremental value to its clients
  • Define strategies to grow partners to mature revenue generating accounts
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to execute on growth strategies such as re-engagement, marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Support several strategic initiatives each year which enable the Enterprise & Partnerships team to deliver to the corporate strategy.
  • Own specific segments, grow your portfolio, and lead OFX to be the dominant strategic partner in the Accounting segment (AFR Top 100 firms), Employee Benefit offerings, Global Mobility providers and Corporate Alliances.
What you bring:
Qualifications, Knowledge, skills, experience
  • 5+ years' experience within a sales and partnership environment.
  • A strong commercial acumen with the ability to communicate across the breadth of the partner, team and wider company. You have the ability and dedication to ensure that all people are taken on the journey.
  • Proven sales / account management skills including negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.
  • Appreciation of the value / importance of the account and the ability to balance the needs of the organization and the client's organization.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business both internal and with partners.
  • Ability to connect the details of foreign exchange with the clients FX needs in a correct, simple, and effective manner.
