As a Membership Sales Specialist, you will:

• Sell and process new AAA memberships.
• Review membership coverage levels and up-sell/cross-sell upgrades and add-ons.
• Make outbound calls to our membership base (welcome new members, offer promotions, discuss upgrade options).
• Ensure leads are completed and documented appropriately.
• Serve as the go-to person in the store for all membership-related items.

What you can provide AAA:

• Have a high school diploma/GED
• Minimum of three (3) years of sales/customer service experience
• Have effective communication skills both written and oral
• Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs
