Job Description
Cortica is looking for an Applied Behavior Analysis Supervisor (BCBA) to join our growing team in Plano and the surrounding 30-minute commute areas!
**We are currently offering a $5,000 sign on bonus!**

How you’ll contribute your skills and expertise for families in our community:Â
- Complete assessment and treatment plans following Cortica’s clinical model, BACB, and insurance guidelinesÂ
- Oversee clinical programming for patients receiving applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatmentÂ
- Provide direct clinical and supervisory support for teammates within your pod as well as Behavior InterventionistsÂ
- Â Ensure quality clinical care, meeting all minimum supervisory and parent training hours and maintaining productivity expectationsÂ
- Provide monthly supervision to all RBTs and/or BCATs on your pod, completing paperwork and at least 5% of hours in 1:1 and/or group supervision experiencesÂ
- Monitor and update programming aspects of each client’s clinical case, and update the team accordinglyÂ
- Organize and analyze data for progress report writing
- Meet with the ABA Site Manager to review scheduled hours and ensure optimization of all supervision and parent training hoursÂ
- Participate in insurance authorization reviews with support from the ABA Site LeaderÂ
- Participate in and/or leads department meetingsÂ
- Participate in Clinical Integration Meetings for clients on your caseloadÂ
- Prioritize and assist in the implementation of safety initiativesÂ

We’d love to hear from you if:Â
- You possess a master’s degree in a human services discipline or related fieldÂ
- You hold a current and unrestricted license and/or certification that is required to practice within your clinical domain and obtain cross-state licensure in new states as indicated by the current business needsÂ
- You have working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with autism  Â
- You bring some field work experience, including skills applicable to working in a home-based setting, and experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary agencies that work with autistic children and their familiesÂ
- You are skilled at using software and systems including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products Â
- Have knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.Â
