ABA Supervisor - BCBA

Cortica is looking for an Applied Behavior Analysis Supervisor- BCBA to join its growing team!  

You will oversee clinical programming for patients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Treatment. In this role, you will provide support and oversite for teammates within your pod including ABA Assistant Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists. This role presents an exciting opportunity for leadership in an innovative, high-growth company still in its early stages of development.

What will you do? 

We’d love to hear from you if: 

• You possess a master’s degree in a Human Services or related field. 
• You possess a current BCBA certification.   
• You have working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism.   
• You bring some field work experience, working in a home-based setting, and experience collaborating with cross disciplinary agencies that work with autistic children and their families. 

• You are skilled at using software and systems including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.  
• Have knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.
