ABA Supervisor - BCBA

Cortica is looking for a part time Applied Behavior Analysis Supervisor to join its growing team!  

You will oversee clinical programming for patients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Treatment. In this role, you will provide support and oversite for teammates within your pod and Behavior Interventionists. What will you do? 

We’d love to hear from you if: 

• You possess a master’s degree in a Human Services or related field. 
• You hold a current and unrestricted license and/or certification that is required to practice within your clinical domain and obtain cross-state licensure in new states as indicated by the current business needs. 
• You have working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism.   
• You bring some field work experience, working in a home-based setting, and experience collaborating with cross disciplinary agencies that work with autistic children and their families. 
• You are skilled at using software and systems including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.  
• Have knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.

The base pay range for this opening is $35/hr to $39/hr. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
