Bachelors in science , engineering or equivalent

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[95,000- 130,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Roles & Responsibilities

At least 8 years? experience in AB Initio ETL DevelopmentExperience at developing complex UNIX shell scripts.Familiar writing/interpreting/tuning/debugging complex SQL queries and stored proceduresExperience in migrating at least one application/data from on-prem to GCP is preferredDistributed Multi-tier Application Development Database Design Data processing Data Warehouse.Experience with scheduling tool such as Autosys or similar tools.Strong data profiling data analysis and data validations skills.Deep DBMS experience on multiple platforms (Incl. Oracle Teradata and SQL Server).Advanced understanding of data warehousing ETL concepts (esp. change data capture).Working experience as Agile developer and good understanding of SDLC methodologies/guidelines.Experience with GitHub or similar source code versioning tools and coding standards.Experience documenting business requirements functional specifications and test
