About the role
Metapack is looking for an experienced ABM Manager specializing in digital advertising and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns. This role is based in London, England. We’re seeking a passionate, creative, detail-oriented, and versatile marketer to elevate our programs. As a Senior ABM Manager, you will strategize, plan, and execute high-impact integrated marketing campaigns, focusing on digital advertising and ABM programs to drive engagement with our target accounts.
What will you be doing?
- Strategize and execute an integrated ABM approach through digital advertising, email campaigns, direct mail, webinars, and events to attract and engage target accounts and accelerate deals.
- Work closely with Product and Product Marketing to better understand our ICP, then develop and test value-based messaging for marketing campaigns to determine which messages resonate most with our target audiences.
- Partner with our Campaigns team to build the necessary assets to support ABM programs including thought leadership content, case studies, and more.
- Develop and execute trigger-based campaigns, including research and analysis, account identification, content creation, campaign execution, and measurement.
- In collaboration with our Performance team, determine the right channels and investment levels for our digital media spend, driving strategy across engagement and sales journey stages.
- Supporting our content syndication program, including establishing audience targeting, determining content offers, and ensuring lead delivery goals are met.
- Develop, manage, and optimize the digital ads calendar and timelines, supporting new content and product launches and A/B testing ad creative.
- Establish engagement targets for ad channels and owned campaigns and analyze ROI.
- Maintain a feedback loop with Sales to ensure appropriate coverage of target accounts and the effectiveness of integrated marketing programs in generating and accelerating pipeline within Metapack’s target account list.
- Assist in reconciling the marketing budget for owned programs.
- Report monthly on the effectiveness of programs in generating MQLs, SQLs, and opportunities influenced and won.
What are we looking for?
- 5-7 years of experience managing marketing programs in B2B software.
- Successful track record of owning or being a key contributor to ABM strategy and advertising programs and reporting on their effectiveness.
- Experience executing B2B ad strategy across digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook.
- Experience leveraging an ABM platform such as 6sense (preferred) Demandbase, or Terminus to segment audiences and measure engagement at an account level.
- Proficiency with Marketo, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up, budgeting, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions, and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage contractors and work well with all levels across the organization, as well as with clients and prospects.
- Proven ability to apply creativity and passion to marketing programs and projects.
- Excitement and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
