Academic Coordinator
Job Description
Blueprint Test Preparation is seeking a full-time Academic Coordinator to help drive student outcomes across our LSAT, MCAT, and medical education prep programs. The Academic Coordinator will support programs by pushing out data to instructors and helping them improve student outcomes. They will also lead student outreach efforts for students who are falling behind in courses or need extra support. While prior relevant roles in related consumer businesses are always valued, most importantly, this person will bring curiosity, a strong analytical toolkit, and exhibit a relentless bias for action.
What You’ll Do
- Pull and analyze student-level data across a variety of prep programs
- Implement student outreach with class reminders, welcome emails, and more
- Experiment with outreach efforts and use data to optimize our outreach strategy
- Support instructors in acquiring and making sense of the performance data in their courses
- Identify struggling students and provide them with the support they need
- Create quarterly reports analyzing score increase data across programs
- Analyze student survey results and present findings with practical insights to senior management
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are
- 1-2 year experience with data processing and reporting
- Ideally, 1-2 years experience with email marketing, student support, or academic coaching
- Highly productive with minimal oversight
- Experience with Excel; SQL or Looker knowledge is a plus
- Tech savvy by nature and comfortable picking up new systems and tools
- Prefer fast-paced, collaborative and performance-driven environments
- Willing to pitch in on any project that advances our objectives
