ACADEMIC EMERGENCY MEDICINE ATTENDING

• Conduct cutting-edge research focused on improving access to episodic care through emergency departments, urgent, care, centers, and primary care practices.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions aimed at improving access to emergency medical care for vulnerable populations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and researchers to drive forward initiatives in population health.
• Engage in academic activities, including teaching and mentoring, to foster the next generation of emergency medicine professionals.
• Contribute to the Department of Emergency Medicine's mission through clinical practice, research, and academic service.

• MD or equivalent medical degree, with a strong background in Emergency Medicine.
• Demonstrated interest and experience in population health, healthcare systems, and healthcare innovation.
• Proven track record of research or projects focused on improving healthcare access and quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Commitment to excellence in clinical care, research, and education.
• Massachusetts state licensure
