Must Haves:

• Worked with Skilljar or similar learning platform
• Developer education content coordinator.  
• Experienced technical, innovative education specialist 
• Audit current curriculum for updating and creating an impactful, interactive experience
• Customer/technical education experience including education training, planning, delivery and development including communication 
• You will also review and integrate technical documentation as needed 
• Passion for training and technology and can think outside of the box to help us scale. 
• Help design and implement gamification with missions and badges, incentivizing users to level up across their learning journeys 
• Passion for empowering builders and fostering a collaborative learning environment 10+ years of experience with 5 years of direct experience in developing and delivering technical education programs. 
• Collaborate subject-matter-experts and learning architects to scope needs for new courses and updates to existing ones.
• Experience with Graph/AI/Vector DB preferred
• Experience designing curriculum development for multi-modal, hands-on courses
• Experience with the creation of instructor guides and “train the trainers” education
• Function as a company-wide thought leader and subject-matter-expert on curriculum development principles and best practices
• Provide answers and support to the Support Team for issues related to our courses

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with topics related to big data engineering such as data streaming, pipeline optimization, deployment, and data security
• Reasonable proficiency in at least one of Java, C#, Python, Go, C, Node.js, Rust
• Familiarity with database technologies, ideally NoSQL. 
• Able to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with at least one common cloud provider (AWS or Google Cloud)
• [Preferred] Experience designing and developing highly technical training based on instructional design best practices
• Ability to work with our Director of Technical Enablement who manages our Academy
