Summary

In this exciting role, you'll execute a recruiting strategy to attract, hire, and retain top diverse Interns and Associates for our Accelerated Career Track programs. These programs are part of our DNA and change people's lives. Not only will you be recruiting, but you'll provide internal support for the programs.

Job Description

The College Recruiter is primarily responsible for executing a recruiting strategy that results in a top-tier diverse, qualified talent pool for the various BOKF officer development programs and the summer intern program. The College Recruiter is also responsible for Internship curriculum development and delivery and serves as the direct supervisor for interns during the summer.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You'll create and execute the college recruiting plan to attract Interns and Associates.
• You'll develop relationships with internal and external partners and vendors.
• You'll identify branding opportunities and build a positive bank image/reputation on campus.
• You'll attend career fairs, campus interviews, and presentations in our market footprint.
• You'll help place graduates in the ACT Programs.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of college recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
