WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Global Access Administrator, who will partner with cross-functional business teams to provide support in a fast-paced environment to ensure the protection of Nike's employees, critical infrastructure, and assets worldwide. This role will maintain the access control system and Photo ID database by accurately programming and assigning access.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this position, you'll be working with the Nike Security Team to coordinate and prioritize access requests received via ServiceNow and email by reviewing and auditing customer profiles to address their specific needs for the building access. You will ensure all proper authorizations have been considered and approved prior to issuing access. You will also perform audits on access control systems to certify that the system stays current with Nike's business requirements and policies. Every day you will be in contact with people and will need to have an understanding of the diverse groups of people to demonstrate adaptability and tolerance for diverse styles of communication. Clear and effective communication is imperative in this role so that the customers know our policies, their access options, and the status of their requests. You will need to have the ability to tolerate constantly evolving situations and be able to work in some conditions with unclear or vague instruction.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Nike's Security Team is responsible for securing a complex mix of manufacturing, distribution, and corporate facilities that provide a variety of physical and technical challenges. This role will be based at Nike's World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon, but will provide global support as needed.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years' proven experience handling physical access control system in a corporate environment
- Proven track record to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to multi-task and navigate a fast-paced, ambiguous, environment
- Highly organized, with solid time management skills and acute attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, ServiceNow, Airtable, Slack, Amag, Splan
- Ability to type 45 words per minute
- Clean driver license
