Accessibility QA Engineer

We are seeking an Accessibility QA Engineer to join our team. As an Accessibility QA Engineer at EPAM, you will play a critical role in ensuring our digital solutions are accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate, test, and improve the accessibility of web and mobile applications in compliance with WCAG and other accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accessibility testing for web and mobile applications using tools like JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and other assistive technologies and tools
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1/2.2, ADA, Section 508, and other global regulations
• Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to provide actionable recommendations for improving accessibility
• Create detailed accessibility reports and track issues through resolution
• Stay updated with accessibility best practices, tools, and industry trends
• Educate and advocate for accessibility within the organization
• Participate in business trips as needed to work closely with clients and teams

• 3+ years of experience in Accessibility QA or a related field
• Proficiency with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies
• Solid understanding of WCAG guidelines, ARIA practices, and web/mobile development basics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Passion for creating inclusive user experiences
• Willingness to travel for business trips as required
