Accessory Strategy & Analytics Analyst
Job Description
Southeast Toyota Distributors is looking for an Accessory Strategy & Analytics Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategies. You'll be tasked with harnessing a wealth of data, refining our reporting capabilities, and crafting dynamic new dashboards that will inform key decisions. By working closely with our accessory sales, DIO, and PIO managers, your analytical prowess will directly influence revenue and profit outcomes, truly connecting the dots between in-depth analytics and tangible business results.
Responsibilities:

Collect and evaluate market intelligence on accessory trends to understand the competitive landscape. Interpret consumer behavior and preferences to direct accessory product strategy.

Analyze sales data to identify the performance of accessory products and report on key metrics. Benchmark this performance against industry standards to inform pricing strategies that can boost profitability.

Develop reliable sales forecasts by analyzing historical data and predictive analytics to identify patterns in accessory sales. Work with sales and finance teams to set precise sales targets, leveraging advanced statistical software for robust modeling. Present detailed forecast reports to stakeholders to guide strategic decision-making.

Enhance and refine reporting frameworks to bolster clarity and utility. Create and manage dynamic dashboards for effective real-time data visualization, ensuring data accuracy through regular audits. Automate routine reporting tasks to boost efficiency and partner with IT to integrate fresh data sources into established reports.

Work with DIO Manager, Fixed Team, and PDC team to develop new DIO reporting tools including top DIO parts, DIO performance by district/dealer, DIO areas of opportunity, etc.

Host replenishment and package part availability meetings in order to maximize replenishment volume, while accounting for arrival time, presold and reserved units, and associate purchase vehicles.

Process dealer and field requests to update TM and pipeline adjustments based on new dealer accessory strategies. Work with the Vehicle Processing Centers to assist in prioritization of inventory, wholesale and shipments to the dealers including late dealer accessory change requests.

Create new Power BI Dashboards designed to help the department and the field review current accessory performance and identify unique opportunities down to the district and dealer level (both PIO and DIO).

Support Accessory Strategy & Analytics Manager in all day-to-day reporting, analysis, presentation creation, and data compilation.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field is required; an MBA is a plus. Preferred areas of study include Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.

Proficiency in data and analytics required; 3+ years of operational analysis experience preferred.

Solid understanding of business intelligence (BI), including data collection, analysis, visualization, and presentation.

Experience in Machine Learning or Advanced Analytics Techniques a plus.

Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of data analysis and visualization tools, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel. Experience with Tableau is a plus.

Effective verbal and written communications skills across all levels within in the organization.

Experience in presenting and discussing performance results.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Self-driven to learn new technologies, methodologies, and approaches is a must.

Ability to work onsite in the Deerfield Beach, FL office a minimum of 3-4 days per week, 1-2 days from home after successfully completing training.
