POSITION SUMMARY:
LGEAI is seeking to hire an Account Accessory Sales Manager. You will be responsible for managing both sales and new accessory product launches in National and Regional Accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing activities and performance by tracking sales goals, setting sales targets, managing receivables, project management skill sets, and interacting with various departments within the company.
The position requires a professional able to grow LGEAI's market share and achieve and/or exceed sales quotas, and successfully integrate LG accessory products in current and prospective accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include direct engagement with customers, overseeing product transition planning, coordinating with different internal BUs, account management, and supporting forecasting, data analysis, and driving sales growth. Also includes coordinating with internal team members to ensure that LG partner's expectations are met in regards of on-time delivery of product, pricing, quality and of customer pricing, on-time delivery of product and ensuring the customer expectations are met. The ideal manager possesses strong innovative thinking, organization, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer relationship management
- Superior project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure.
- Work closely with engineering, LGEUS BU, business operations, and support to ensure transition/successful development goals are met.
- Partner with Finance Office team in aligning on P&L
- Monitoring the market and developing competitive pricing analyses
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting on a variety of metrics and/or projects on a regular basis and reporting. Areas include sales and margin, order pipeline, customer agreements and business plans.
- Promoting the organization and products
- Familiar and capable of navigating through National Account vendor portal
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree required in Business or related field.
- 3 or more years in sales and project management with National Account experience.
- Proficient in MS Office-Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work successfully in a fast paced, and rapidly changing, environment.
