Account Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
JM&A is hiring an Account Acquisition Specialist! JM&A’s Account Acquisition Team provides support to JM&A Field Sales Team during the process of acquiring new business and managing existing dealer needs. The team is responsible for consulting with the Field Sales Team and collaborating with internal departments to accurately assemble and provide dealer agreements to support the request.Â
Responsibilities:

Review deal requests from our Field Sales team and/or Zone Support LeadsÂ
-
​Analyze and clarify intention of the request, if necessary, by consulting with the field sales team to discussÂ
-
Follow established processes and procedures, ask clarifying questions as neededÂ
-
Identify exceptions and document appropriately and obtain approvals as requiredÂ
-
Generate agreements to support the request, draft suggested language in unique scenarios.Â
-
Review agreement customized language with the JM&A legal team and other applicable teams, as needed.Â
-
Make any updates based on quality reviewsÂ
-
Send agreements for signatureÂ
-
Review and process agreements being returned
-
Set off workflow to downstream teams for proper setupÂ
-
Manage workload and changing priorities based on Field Sales prioritization effortsÂ
Â
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferredÂ
-
2+ years of professional work experience in a fast-paced business environment in a detail-oriented role including paralegal, journalism, editing preferredÂ
-
Strong abilities with MS Excel to format, evaluate, and organize dataÂ
-
Experience with legal contract review preferredÂ
-
Knowledge of JM&A products is preferredÂ
-
Technologically savvy with knowledge of SalesConnect, FWS Online Pricing, CPQ, Mainframe, and Microsoft 365 products is preferredÂ
-
Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and work ethic.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), have strong attention to detail, and ability to think critically and solve complex problems and a continuous improvement mindsetÂ
-
Must work well in an environment with multiple changing priorities/deadlines. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively and maintain a strong attention to detailÂ
-
Must demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills and know when to escalateÂ
-
Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion and meet deadlinesÂ
-
Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule on short notice, including overtime as neededÂ
