HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Cash Management Account Administrator is part of a team responsible for facilitating all cash activity related to incoming and outgoing cash funding such as checks, wires and ACHs. The administrator will be accountable for executing various cash processing functions such as wire file transfer requests, ACH program support, electronic check deposits and remittance of federal and state withholdings accurately and timely in accordance with established policies and procedures. The incumbent will also be assigned various projects to complete at the request of the Cash Management Manager.

• Accurately sort checks and documents by product line and prepare for batch processing
• Verifies quality of scanned checks and documents
• Execute electronic checks deposits
• Review and monitor check processing reports
• Prepare and Review accuracy of check return letters
• Maintain check retention according to departmental guidelines
• Facilitate incoming cash funding notifications for wires and ACHs
• Process wire transfer and ACH file submissions
• Remit federal and state tax withholding payments
• Record important notes and supporting documentation within the client account portal
• Maintain integrity and accuracy in financial transactions and reports
• Ensure that all processing consistently meets established service levels and policies and procedures
• Assist in reviewing and creating department policies and procedures
• Effectively communicate with internal and external business partners and utilize sound judgement to escalate issues that may require intervention of the Senior Cash Management Administrator or Team Lead.

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

• Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or related field experience
• 1 - 3 years of applicable experience
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
• Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
• An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
• Strong collaboration skills
• A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
• Automatic Clearing House (ACH) / Electronic Fund Transfer (Wire) knowledge preferred
• IRA/IRS rules and regulations knowledge and experience preferred.
