Wolt is a Finnish technology company and until recently, we’ve been best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their food up or have it delivered by our courier partners.

However, food delivery was just the start. We don’t want to just satisfy our customers’ hunger, but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail.


Job Description

As an Account Associate you will be working with both restaurants and retail partners. You’ll be helping and guiding our merchants through onboarding making sure they’ll get the very best start on Wolt’s platform. This includes setting up their product selection on Wolt’s platform, training the merchants, booking photoshoots and following up on their performance for the first period of the partnership.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Successfully onboarding new venues onto the Wolt platform by setting up their product selection, training them in Wolt’s internal systems and ensuring photo coverage. 
  • Be a crucial part of our big Wolt expansion into even more new cities in Norway. 
  • Guide merchants to improve their performance based on data during the first weeks of the partnership. 
  • Become an expert within different types of onboardings: Wolt Drive, Wolt Self Delivery or Wolt Delivery either focused mostly on restaurant or retail partners. 
  • Develop the onboarding of tomorrow: You can potentially lead or be part of projects that will improve the efficiency and quality of all Wolt onboardings. 
  • Share best practices amongst the merchant team and challenge how we operate today. 

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English to be able to both communicate with partners, and create the product selections in the local language and English.
  • Experience in support, administration, coordination, account management, or similar roles is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt the tone to suit the audience.
  • You have an eye for great grammar.
  • Structured, detailed and service-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy self-starter with a ''can-do'' attitude.
  • Curious about how things work and how to optimize partner and user experience.
